Nothing, Sweet Nothing
Just 4 days ago I finished my second to last semester of school. I have now had a little bit of time to do whatever I want. Here is a bit of a low down on my past few days:
On Saturday Jon and I went to Saltspring Island. We rode our bikes into Ganges for the day to check out the organic free-trade, free-run market. And to get a cup of the delightful free-trade, pesticide free, free-range organic (uncertified) coffee.
Yesterday I ran with the 10 km training team at the Running Room whilst Jon put his legs to good use and busted out a 19km run. We followed this show of athletics by a stroll down to Swan's Pub and consumed a few beers and a plate of nachos.
Today I got my MTbiking gear together and met up with my favorite local riding partner Kat. I managed to have the worst ride in years and topped of the ugliness with a wicked fall wherein the bike landed in a tree and I landed in a bush. Two bloody knees and a cramp in the calf and the quad of the left leg was the carnage. 
Now I have time to show everyone what they have been waiting for... PUG PORN This is Cam and Breannes's little "girl" pug. It is a disturbing video only for those with a strong stomach.
Next is the famed GLIDER IN ACTION. This was our engineering project for the semester and we some how managed to come out of the ordeal smelling like roses. It was a mad dash to get it done and it ended up... working?!?! We nabbed third place in the 25m pool race and yes it is me shrilling in the background :)
