The Victoria Half Marathon!
Just yesterday Jon and I finished our first half marathon ever! It wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be, but by no means was it really enjoyable. We trucked along at a 5:31 min/km pace. At about the 17km mark mantra became, "The faster I run now, the sooner I can stop running".
Below shows the place overall, category, clock time, mins/mile, our names and the tag time.

Tag time shows our time from crossing the start line to crossing the finish line. As you can see from the time the start gun went off it took us about 2 1/2 minutes to cross the start line. There were 3725 runners with us so that kind of explains the early congestion!
After yesterdays drinking binge, this morning we got up and popped some ibuprofens. I don't think I will be running for a while!
